Perhaps many suspect that this is a remake of the Repo Men (1984) directed by Alex Cox. No, this has nothing to do with the cult classic film the genre. This time with the same title, Repo Men, again thanks to the director present Sapochnik Miguel, who had considerable success making the film The Dreamer (2000).
The human body is a very complex system. This system can repair themselves if conditions require. However, sometimes this perfect system is no longer able to repair the damage and required replacement organs. With technological advances, this organ replacement process no longer requires donors, as happened today.
Repo Men who talked about is modern and futuristic, where human organs are failing or damaged organs could be replaced by a machine called a repo. Repo organ is produced by a company called The Union and is very useful to extend the life of humans, but the price is very very expensive. Repo organs also wear does not mean no risk, because if it was not able to wear them but to pay the costs, then the Union will send his men who also took organ repo to confiscate all the goods we have. Jude Law play a role here as Remy, a repo and then use the organs that would later she dikerjar pursued by the Union because of cost issues that can not afford to repay.
Remy (Jude Law) is one of the repo man or employees who are assigned to the Union to take organs from consumers who pay late this. At one point, Remy heart failure and without realizing the Union has changed the heart with an artificial heart Remy and Remy could not refuse when the Union gave out a bill he can pay.
Did not have much choice, Remy then decided to run away because he knew the consequences of late payment is the loss of life. Fortunately, Remy meets Beth (Alice Braga) who also experienced the same problem. Together, they try to find a way to escape from the system that binds all these people.
